If you have questions about our services or would like to set up an appointment for your child, please call the Pediatrics Plus office at 850-769-5371.
We require a physician’s referral for therapy services. If you do not have a prescription for therapy from your primary care doctor or a specialist physician, please contact them to obtain one.
